La Maison
As soon as you arrive, a vast reception hall guides you into the impressive living area. The kitchen and living room are arranged around a magnificent hundred-year-old olive tree, the very heart of the residence, bathed in natural light thanks to its skylight.
The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the light-filled dining room, offering uninterrupted views of the garden through the large picture windows. An adjoining lounge invites you to relax and socialise.
The sleeping areas are all en suite, with their own shower room with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and towel warmer. Each bedroom has a desk, television, dressing area and beds with top-of-the-range bedding (180×200), opening onto a private terrace.
Leisure facilities include a large games room opening onto the terrace and outdoor kitchen, as well as a gym.
The Garden
Outside, in a private garden of around 3,000 m², fully fenced and unoverlooked, you will find a magnificent 9×5 metre infinity pool, salt-treated and fitted with an underwater roller shutter for your safety.
Near the olive grove, the fountain and pond add a charming touch to the garden. As for the atmosphere, the pétanque court and built-in sound system promise lively summer evenings.
Outside, there is a large summer kitchen and a garden lounge that can seat up to 20 people. The villa is equipped with an alarm system, a separate entrance and an electric gate to guarantee your peace of mind and security throughout your stay.
